El Pou
I would say El Pou is more of a tapas restaurant than bar. They make maybe the most original potatoes in Sitges with a very nice presentation.
The sauce is like a soft “all i oli” with just a touch of red pepper sauce. The potatoes have a great texture – crunchy on top and soft on the bottom — an interesting concept that is best tried instead of described here.
